Design
Our engineers will take your operating conditions and your size limitations of the tank, to design a coil that will heat or cool at your desirable rates, assuring cost efficiency is evaluated.
Fabrication
The manufacturing will be done at either our Texas or Ohio facility depending on your preference, final destination and/or shop loads. Any welding performed will be in accordance with ASME Section IX. As all coils are custom designed, each coil will be evaluated thoroughly for sequence of operations, to assure proper procedures are followed throughout fabrication.
Quality Control
Throughout the production stage the coil will have a Traveler that spells out all "Hold Points" for our Quality Control Department. The coil will be tested in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1 and internal written procedures, prior to its release from our manufacturing plant.
